STEM2Space enrichment programs enhance learning outside the classroom with fun, engaging, and hands-on curricula. Our students work with LEGO blocks, computer programs, and mobile STEM labs. We are proud to inspire a wide range of children to build on their natural curiosity by teaching science, technology, and math concepts through hands-on learning experiences. We seek to provide an environment where kids are immersed in projects or experiments that match their interests. Our classes are developed throughout the year, and we offer something for everyone: after school programs, classes, camps, workshops, and birthday parties, to make education fresh and exciting. Through these activities, children build confidence in their problem-solving skills in a learning-rich, encouraging and inclusive environment.

Our STEM programs are comparably priced with other after school activities. Our fun and affordable programs will introduce your child to fascinating subjects and useful skills for the future.

We are excited to offer our STEM2Space Summer camp! Our camps are built around YOU. In our programs, students will get to construct cool robot models and then learn to program them. We provide world-class instruction with fun camp activities that will build long-lasting skills.

Two sessions per day are offered – Morning Session from 9am to 12pm and Afternoon Session from 1pm to 4pm.

    S2SCityCamp (Ages 6 – 8)

S2SCityCAMP is our longest-running and most successful beginner level robotics program that is based on a LEGO WeDo education and visual coding program that teaches the fundamentals of building and programming robots. This program is designed to inspire and teach keen young engineers of the future about new technologies and robots that could improve life in a modern city. To see the solutions in action, children build and program robots of our design. Your child will get an extensive introduction to the lesson illustrated with graphics and animation, detailed building instructions for building the LEGO WeDo robot, step-by-step programming guide, educational mini games and other extras.

    S2SStarCamp (Ages 7 – 9)

S2SStarCamp is a unique lesson plan that takes your imagination into outer space. Constructing and then programming futuristic robot models is a great introduction to physics and astronomy. To further spark young imaginations, some robots resemble those seen in science fiction movies. Based on a Lego WeDo education program that will inspire and teach children more sophisticated physics and astronomy, and goes further into Constructing and then programming futuristic robot models. Your child will get an extensive introduction to the lesson illustrated with graphics and animation, detailed building instructions for building the LEGO WeDo robot, step-by-step programming guide, educational mini games and other extras.

    S2SArcadeCamp (Ages 8 – 12)

The S2SArcadeCamp program provides an introduction to programming and game development using Scratch software for kids age 8 and up. This program is designed to inspire and teach keen young programmers of the future to code “coding is a superpower”. It is extremely important for our kids to learn “Computational Thinking” because more and more of this type of thinking is being applied in areas other than programming. It is also important for children to have “Digital Fluency” in the future, which means to contrive, produce and mix digital content and not just browse, chat and interact with it. Learning to code lets them build – not just consume the technology around them like video games, websites, robots and more. If they think playing computer games is fun, think what a blast learning to program their own games will be. Students will learn how to program their own 10 computer games by recreating the most popular arcade games in history, such as Pong and Frogger to ultimate video-game blockbusters such as space explorer, bouncing gear, race, falling bricks, snake, banana chase, frogger, tetris, click-a-brick and brick-man games. Materials for each workshop include: an introduction to video game history illustrated with pictures and animations, programming lessons, step-by-step programming guides, downloadable graphics, and other extras, (including games that they create and can bring home!!).
